New 2.0 Weapon Locker Security Options
All Estes AWS Rapid Access Weapon Lockers are engineered to safely secure your weapons while keeping them accessible at the push of a button. To ensure our weapon lockers would provide the proper security needed to safely store your weapons, all of our locking mechanisms have undergone vigorous performance and break-in testing. The security features of our lockers protect communities by keeping weapons out of the hands of criminals.
Explained below are our three different SUV lockers* and the accessibility and lock features for each. Our lockers are designed with security in mind, and they are manufactured from steel so they deliver top-quality durability.
Manual
Our manual-entry Rapid Access Weapon Locker is the most economical Estes AWS locker that features a stainless steel, vibration-proof, double-bit base lock with a keyhole cover. It is tamper-resistant and provides easy access to weapons and gear. With minimal installation time involved, this locker can be quickly installed in any standard police SUV. It can also be easily upgraded to include a remote electronics package with a momentary switch.
Standard
Our standard SUV locker has all the same features and benefits of the manual entry locker along with a remote electronics package. This electronics package comes with a high-quality, rolling-code receiver, as well as two preprogrammed key fobs. Each key fob features a protective sliding cover and 4 non-stick buttons. Custom programming options are available to allow non-Estes AWS products to be programmed via the key fob. We have technical support available that can help you with any programming questions. Our remote opening technology removes the necessity to find a key, remember a combination, or operate a multi-pin lock.
Premium
Our premium locker comes with our remote electronics package (see description in Standard) and also features a stainless steel, 10-pin, non-drill center lock. This high-security lock comes with single-piece pins that cannot be bumped into place. This locker has the same dependability and durability, provides the same easy access to weapons, and the high-security lock ensures that it is nearly tamper-proof.
